Freedom Fighters

Really a Good Old Game !

It is not a nostalgia tinted opinion, because I played this game for the first time in July 2021. Though I sure appreciate its vintage 3DFX sort of graphism, though. Gameplay is nervous, story is great, levels are laid out as nice playgrounds. Nothing clunky about this game. A real vintage flavored pleasure.

Fort Triumph

Don't play on low end CPU

The tactical gameplay is fine and smooth, dynamic, including good ideas using the environment. Unfortunately the writing is bad, limit stupid, as is the level of humour. It wasn't necessary to smear with amateurish attempt at being funny what otherwise is an excellent and colourful game with a personal charm. Just a bit of warning: though the CPU requirements specify an intel i3 as the minimum, this game put such a constant strain on the CPU that it dangerously overheats an intel i5. Advice: don't play it with any CPU less powerful than an i7. In the words of the dev themselves regarding this matter (from a STEAM forum): "The high CPU usage is actually related to rendering, which is why it is high in a fairly constant manner."

FATE: The Traitor Soul

Very enjoyable

I'm not sure why, but this game is more enjoyable than Torchlight. There is more of a straightforward Diablo feeling in FATE. This is an excellent action RPG. Quite smooth and nervous gameplay at the same time. And it still look good, in a blocky vintage kind of way. (Note: FATE 3 The Traitor Soul features an improved version of FATE 1 and 2. You can start any of the three games from the starting hub in-game, with all the enhancements of the third applied to the former chapters.)

FATE: The Complete Adventure

Very enjoyable

I'm not sure why, but this game is more enjoyable than Torchlight, its moderner successor. There is more of a straightforward Diablo feeling in FATE. This is an excellent action RPG. The gameplay feels quite smooth and nervous at the same time. And it still looks good, in a blocky vintage kind of way. (Note: FATE 3 The Traitor Soul features an improved version of FATE 1 and 2. You don't catch flies...

... baiting with vinegar. If you want us to "agree to receive marketing communication...", you'll have to find a decent bribe. This one is insulting
